The original idea behind the Go-Box was to create a functional space for modern nomads who, like us, were always on the lookout for the best places to telecommute or rest between adventures.

No, our 4 seasons units are mounted in wood on a metal (or wood) frame and offer several exterior cladding options.

What is the purchasing process?

What are the financing options?
You can take out a traditional mortgage for live-in models. Businesses can also arrange lease financing with no down payment.

The payment for a Go-Box is usually divided into 4 payments, each corresponding to a different stage of construction.
Does Go-Box offer GCR guarantees and CSA certification?
Yes, our factory now offers the GCR (Garantie de Construction Résidentielle) warranty. This warranty ensures the quality of residential construction by protecting against construction and material defects.
The Go-Box manufacturing plant is also CSA CAN/CSA-A277 (Canadian Standards Association) certified, , meaning it meets specific safety, performance, and quality standards.
What are the guarantees and coverages?
Our Go-Box, which are manufactured at the Lëxi Habitation factory, are covered by several warranties.
What are the production lead times?
From signature to delivery, most projects take between six and twelve months.
How are Go-Box delivered?
Our Go-Box come with a standard trailer for easy transportation to most sites. For some locations, however, a crane may be required. Once on site, the Go-Box can be installed on the ground using the integrated jacks or on piles.

Yes, there’s no problem. We work with an alternative energy partner to meet your needs.
Why does the price per square foot seem higher than that of a traditional home?
It’s perfectly normal! Our units are compact, and every square foot is optimized with quality materials and complete installations, such as toilets and kitchens. The cost of a toilet remains the same regardless of the size of the home, whether it’s 100 sq. ft. or 1000 sq. ft. While the cost per square foot may seem higher, the whole unit remains affordable and functional.
