Available projects

Here are some locations where you can install your Go-Box. We can also offer you a turnkey project, including land and infrastructure!

If you’re an investor, many of the projects listed below offer a variety of business opportunities.

Our team and its commitment

After several years on the road, Julien and Karo wanted to recreate a base camp.

The original idea behind the Go-Box was to create a functional space for modern nomads who, like us, are always looking for the best places to telework or rest between adventures.

Since then, our customers’ diverse ideas and projects have inspired us to rethink the Go-Box, expand its possibilities and meet all your needs, whether it’s a small creative workshop or a complete micro house.

FAQ

Is a Go-Box made from a container?

No, our units are mounted in wood on a metal frame with architectural sheet metal cladding.

What to expect from a Go-Box?

A Go-Box is a non-permanent unit, which means it can be easily moved to another location during its lifetime. Designed to provide optimum comfort in all seasons, it is factory built to the highest standards. Equipped with jacks, installation on your site is simplified, as is relocation to a new site. The unit rests on a metal structure without wheels. It can also be installed directly on poles if the site configuration does not allow for jacks.

What is the purchasing process?

  1. Contact our team via the contact form.

What are the financing options?

What are the payment terms?

Payment for a Go-Box is generally divided into 4 payments, corresponding to the different stages of construction.

Does Go-Box offer GCR guarantees and CSA certification?

Yes, our factory now offers the GCR (Garantie de Construction Résidentielle) warranty. This warranty ensures the quality of residential construction by protecting against construction and material defects.

The Go-Box manufacturing factory is also CSA CAN/CSA-A277 (Canadian Standards Association) certified, which means it meets specific safety, performance and quality standards.

What are the guarantees and coverages?

A new Go-Box manufactured at the Lëxi Habitation factory is covered by multiple warranties.

What are the production lead times?

Most projects take between 8 and 12 weeks from signing to delivery.

How is a Go-Box delivered?

A Go-Box is delivered on a standard trailer, so no road escort is required. A crane may be required for some locations. Once on site, the Go-Box is installed in the field using the jacks built into its structure or on piles.

Which municipalities accept Go-Box?

To see which cities in Quebec accept homes under 700 sq. ft., you can visit the Mouvement Québécois des Mini-Maisons. You can also consult the list of the projects available above.
