We now offer a leasing option for the purchase of our Go-Box!

Leasing is a 5-year rental contract, including a purchase option at the end of the rental period. This type of financing enables the company to use an asset without having to finance its full acquisition from the outset.

No downpayment

Currently, the lender offering leasing on this type of product requires no down payment*.

Individual

You can take out a 25-year mortgage just like a standard home for live-in models:

  • The unit must have a functional kitchen, a full bathroom and an area that accepts a bed.
  • The unit must be on a lot with its own lot number.
  • The unit must be “anchored” in some way, i.e. not just placed on the ground; for Desjardins, the notion of anchored means that some kind of manipulation is required before the unit can be moved.

The down payment is :

  • 5% if the applicant will use the unit as a secondary residence.
  • 35% if the applicant is an incorporation.
  • 35% if the applicant is an individual who will be renting.
